STEP TWO: Once we determine what it is that you want and need, we create a coaching package and price point that fits your needs. STEP THREE: We get to work :) All coaching sessions are one hour. Immediately following each session, I will send you an email outlining the big topics that we explored, as well as list new actions or commitments you are going to make. There is no additional support between sessions.
